Over time, roofs develop ugly black streaks, dirt, and mildew stains.  Problems with dirt, mold and mildew often build up on the undersides of eaves and cornices, as well.  Our team will spray a cleaning chemical on the roof, and then power-wash it.  Depending on the buildup, this may need to be done twice.
